Hyperbaric Medicine

Hyperbaric Medicine

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) is a medical treatment which enhances the body's natural healing process by inhalation of 100% oxygen in a total body chamber, where atmospheric pressure is increased and controlled. It is used for a wide variety of treatments usually as a part of an overall medical care plan.

HBOT is used to treat a variety of conditions, some of which are very closely related to wound care. HBOT is also currently being studied as a potential treatment for other conditions, such as concussion and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). D&P Medical Group specializes in hyperbaric oxygen therapy and provides direct support via specialty trained and credentialed physicians. We are at the forefront of hyperbaric medicine treatment and research and can help meet your organizations HBOT needs.
